Abstract

Colonel DS Naidoo retired in December 2024 after nearly 40 years of distinguished service in the South African Police. As Head of Human Resource Management at the eThekwini District Commissioner’s Office, he was widely respected for his leadership, integrity, and dedication to developing people. His retirement function at the Holiday Inn Marine Parade brought together colleagues, friends, and family to honour his professionalism and his lasting contribution to the organisation.
